Overview
XTY series polyimide composite insulated wires and cables are designed and developed with reference to American Standard SAE-AS22759/80~92 and NEMA WC 27500. This series of products adopts silver or nickel-plated soft copper core, silver or nickel-plated copper alloy as the conductor, and the insulation and jacket adopt composite structure, which is able to provide highly reliable low-frequency signal and energy transmission services in harsh environments, and it is suitable for the connection of electrical and instrumentation wiring in the aerospace and electronic fields under the harsh environmental conditions.
The main performances are as follows
●Lightweight
Lightweight construction, with two insulation sizes of 0.15mm and 0.20mm, effectively reduces the weight and size of the cable.
●Excellent environmental suitability
With excellent electrical insulation and high and low temperature resistance, the cable can be used continuously at temperatures ranging from -65°C to +260°C (nickel-plated series), and is resistant to high-temperature shocks and can be used for short periods of time at temperatures of up to 320°C. The cable can be used in a variety of environments, such as the United States, Europe, and the United States.
●Corrosion resistance
Chemically stable, resistant to acid, alkali, oil and other solvents, and has excellent heat aging resistance, moisture resistance, hydrolysis resistance.
●Arc Attachment
Whether in dry or humid environments, it has excellent arc resistance under aviation system voltage, and is basically unaffected by UV.
●Mechanical properties
It has excellent flexibility, anti-abrasion properties and anti-puncture and cut-through resistance, which can well meet the needs of applications in harsh environments.

●Minimum bending radius: 8 times of the outer diameter of the cable
●Solderability: Silver plated conductors and shielding are solderable, nickel plated conductors and shielding are not recommended for soldering.
