Overview

XTA3 series high performance transmission wire is a new generation of 2500V rated voltage products designed and developed on the basis of implementing the national military standard GJB773A-2000 and referring to the U.S. military standards MIL-W-22759/32~35 and MIL-W-22759/41~46.

This series of products are insulated with specially improved fluorine material, which has high and low temperature resistance (-65℃~+200℃), light weight, no heat shrinkage and excellent mechanical toughness, and can resist salt spray, humidity and heat and excellent resistance to high-energy radiation characteristics, which can provide high-quality services in harsh environments. The products have been tested by domestic professional cable testing organizations, and all the performance indexes meet  the U.S. military standard MIL-W-22759132~35 and MIL-W-22759/41~46 requirements. They are widely used in aerospace, aviation, ships, electronics and other military fields.
XTA3 series of high-performance transmission wires have been used in batches on many key models since they were introduced to the market. Main Performance
XTA3 series high performance transmission Wire is made of Ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (ETFE) insulation, which is cross-linked after irradiation with a certain dose of high-energy electrons. Its special structure makes the wire have the following characteristics: small outer diameter, light weight, flame retardant, aging resistance, high mechanical strength, resistance to chemical erosion and ease of use, etc. All of these superior performances meet the requirements of space and weight of aviation and airborne equipment, and provide safe and reliable mechanical and chemical properties. Its performance is mainly manifested in:
1, small outer diameter, light weight: XTA3 series of high-performance transmission Wire conductor using the same core stranded, stranded OD is small, the insulation and jacket thickness design to make the conductor or the outer diameter of the wire or harness to reduce a lot of the weight of the conductor or bundle of 10% to 20% less than other wires.

4,high and low temperature resistance: XTA3 series of high-performance transmission Wire by irradiation crosslinking of the insulation and sheath layer increases the polymer material resistance to high temperature characteristics, temperature up to 200 ℃, and can be sustained through the 300 ℃, 7 hours of accelerated aging test, this temperature is much higher than the melting temperature of the ETFE (270 ℃), these characteristics of the life of the conductor and the characteristics of the melt does not make a very good thermal stability. At the same time XTA3 series high performance transmission line also has very good low temperature resistance characteristics, at low temperatures -65 ℃ still maintains good flexibility, and at temperatures below the same characteristics.
5,Excellent radiation resistance: XTA3 series high performance transmission Wire have good oxygen stability due to cross-linking of fluorinated copolymers for insulation and jacketing, and can resist ionizing radiation and remain soft when exposed to 5×108Rad radiation.

6,high mechanical strength, superior anti-cracking performance: the wire has a strong resistance to longitudinal cuts and abrasions, anti-cracking performance is extremely excellent, unmatched by other wires, which is also one of the important indicators that need to be considered for airplanes, spacecraft and airborne equipment.

8, easy to operate: XTA3  series of high-performance transmission wire has a very easy to operate characteristics, very easy to use automated equipment marking or manual marking, very easy to strip the wire, hanging tin and termination, can use printing and inkjet printing equipment for the formation of group marking. XTA3 high-performance transmission Wires are available in single-layer and double-layer insulations. Single-layer insulation is best suited for space-saving and weight-saving applications; double-layer insulation is designed to meet the strength requirements to prevent damage caused by mechanical abrasion during installation, and the inner and outer layers are preferentially differentiated by different colors.
