Characteristics
1. Use longitudinal water blocking technology to prevent vertical migration of water and reduce the probability of “water tree”
2. Use radial waterproofng technology to prevent water penetration thoroughly.
3. The waterproof layer also has shielding performance, which can effectively prevent the interference of the electromagnetic feld
inside and outside the cable.
4. The water blocking layer has a cushioning effect reducing the cable mechanical damage caused by thermal expansion.
5. Cable sheath is convenient for sealing and waterproofng of cable joints.
6. Cable service life can be increased by 10-15 years.
Service property
1. The rated voltage U0/U of the cable should be 0.6/1kV, 1.8/3kV, 3.6/6kV, 6/kV, 8.7/10kV, 8.7/15kV, 12/20kV, 18/20kV, 18/30kV, 21/35kV, 26/35kV etc.
2. When short circuit (lasting no longer than 5 seconds), maximum operating temperature of cable conductor is 90℃. Maximum operating temperatre of cable conductor is 250℃.
3. When laying, ambient temperature should be not less than 0℃.
4. Allowed bending radius of single core non-armored cable should be not less than 20 times cable diameter of the cable, of singlecore armored cable should be not less than 15 times outer diameter of the cable, of multi-core unarmored cable should be not less than 15 times outer diameter of the cable, of multi-core arored cableshould be not less than 12 times outer diameter of the cable.
