1.Copper conductor,tinned,GB/T3956 standard, class 5or 6 stranding.Conductor d.c.resistance at 20℃ shall com-ply with GB/T3956.
2.Insulation shall adopt EPR basis rubber which is of greataging resistant performance and electrical property.Com-pleted cable power shall withstand frequency sparking test.cable rated voltage 3.0kv/5min without puncture.
3.Sheath shall adopt rubber which is of cold-proof, oil-proof, light aging-resisting and flame-retardant proper-ties with its color generally black.
4.Flame-retardant property shall comply with GB/T18380.1.
5.Cable 10m impending freely will not crack after 3600cycles reversing(1 cycle is reversing 3 cycles forward andreverse),and immersing in water for 1 hour,withstandingvoltage test 3.0kV/5min without puncture.
