4.Suitable for long time outdoor operating, vertical impend-ing lay, frequently reversing.
5.0il-proof and resisting seawater intrusion.
6.Min. bending radius is 4 times the overall diameter.
7.Max.permitted tension load is 15N/mm2, calculated by conductor cross section.

Type and Description

Main property index and technical requirement

1.Conductor should be tinned flexible copper wire class 5or class 6 as specified in GB/T3956.Conductor d.c.resis-tance at 20% shall be in accordance with GB/T3956.

2.Insulation shall adopt EPR basis rubber which is of greataging resistant performance and electrical property. Com-pleted cable power frequency sparking test: cable ratedvoltage 0.6/1kV,3.5kV/5min without puncture, 1.8/3kV,6.5kV/5 min without puncture.

3.Sheath shall adopt rubber which is of cold-proof, oil-proof, light aging-resisting and flame-retardant proper-ties with its color generally black.

4.Flame-retardant property shall be in accordance with GB/T18380.1.
5.Anti-reversing test

5.1 Individual cable 10m impending freely at ambient tem-perature will not crack after 10000 cycles reversing (1 timeis reversing 1 cycle forward and reverse), and voltage test2.5U./5min without puncture.

5.2 Individual cable 10m impending freely at -409℃ wil!not crack after 7000 cycles reversing (1 time is reversing240°forward and reverse),and voltage test 2.5U,.5minwithout puncture.
