Building Wire TW THW 600V
Application:
- TW/THW cables can handle up to 600 volts. People commonly use them in residential and commercial wiring applications.
- TW ( Thermoplastic Wire ): Designed for use in various electrical applications where flexibility and ease of installation. Commonly used for wiring in homes, including lighting and receptacles.
- THW ( Thermoplastic Heat and Water Resistant Wire ): Designed to withstand moisture and heat. THW wire is suitable for use in damp and wet environments. Commonly used in industrial settings where exposure to water and higher temperatures is possible.
- TW wire is generally used in dry locations, while THW wire is better suited for environments where moisture and higher temperatures may be present.
