Application

The products are applicable for the electric connection between various thermocouples and temperature indicating instruments withindexs of’S, R, K, N, E, J and T to improve the thermo metric precision. Usually, the pVC insulated and sheathed compensating cableis applied since its good for its damp-proof, anti-corrosion and flame-retardant performance. The heat-resistant fuoroplastic insulationand sheath has high temperature-resistant, acid resistant, oil- resistant, wear- resistant, aging -resistant, waterproof and fame-retardaniperformance. The silicon rubber insulated compensating conductor and compensating cable have oi-resistant, anti-corrosion, agingresistant, waterproof and fexible features, The compensating cable is composed of certain quantities of twisted pair type compensatingconductors or shield compensating conductors, and coated with compoundsheath and armored layer,etc.its performanceshield averS.speciication, type, grade and structural sizes are usually same, The thermo couple compensating cable for intrinsically safe thermometricsystem is assembled into cable with multinlfor intrinsically safe thermometric system.compensating conductors

Service Property

1. Operating temperature scope: General common grade: -20~100’℃; Heat resistant common grade: -25~200℃: General precisiongrade:-20~100℃;Heat resistant precision grade: -25~200℃
2. Cable laying temperature should be not less than 0’℃, Recommended allowable bending radius: For copper tape shieldedcompensating cable, should be not less than 16 times outer diameter of the cable;, For other structure cable should be not less than 10times outer diameter of the cable.

Our plant mainly manufacture type KX,NX,EX,JX,NC,TX,SC/RC,KCA,KCB compensating wire for thermocouple, and they are used in temperature measurement instruments and cables. Our thermocouple compensating products are all made abiding by GB/T 4990-2010 ‘Alloy wires of extension and compensating cables for thermocouples’ (Chinese National Standard), and also IEC60584-3 ‘Thermocouple part 3-compensating wire’ (International standard).

The representing of the comp. wire: thermocouple code+C/X , e.g. SC, KX
X: Short for extension, means that the compensation wire’s alloy is as the same as the the alloy of the thermocouple
C: Short for compensation, means that the compensation wire’s alloy has similar characters with the thermocouple’s alloy in a certain temperature range
