Special Power cable 0.6/1kV for frequency converter applies for power supply or motor connection equipment in frequency conversion system
Application
This product applies for power supply or motor connection equipment in frequency conversion system of d.c. rated voltage up to and including 0.6/1 kV, which has strong resistance to voltage impact and can withstand impulsion voltage at frequency conversing. The properties of good shielding and effectively eliminate electromagnetic interference. Thus, it is widely used in metallurgy, electric power and petrochemical industry etc.

Service Property
1. The rated voltage U0/U of the cable is divided into 0.6/1kV, 1.8/3kV, 3.6/6kV, 6/6kV, 6/10kV, 8.7/10kV, 8.7/15kV, 12/20kV, 18/20kV, 18/30kV, 21/35kV, 26/35kV
Maximum operating temperature: for silicon rubber insulation should be 90℃; for F46 insulation should be 200℃; for PVC insulation should be 70℃: for XLPE insulation should be 70℃, for EPR insulation should be 90℃.
Minimum ambient temperature: silicone rubber, fluorine plastic fixed installation shall not be lower than -60℃, PVC sheathed cable shall not be lower than -15℃.
2. Cable laying temperature should be not less than 0℃, (for fluoroplastics and silicone rubber sheathed cable should be not less than -25℃)
3. Allowed bending radius should be not less than 15 times outer diameter of the cable.

Main Technical Index
1. Conductor D.C. resistance at 20 ℃ complies with stipulations of GB/T3956.
2. Between finished cable wire cores, wire core and shield withstand 2. 5U0+2kV for 5 minutes without puncture.
3. Shield layer transmission impedance should be not less than 1Ω /m at 100MHz.
4. Desirable restraining coefficient should be not less than 0.66.
