Power cable with concentric conductor 0.6/1kV applies for power transmission in electrical circuit of rated voltage up to and including 0.6/1kV

Application

This product has the characteristics of cold resistant, fiexible, abrasion resistant and oilproof etc.
It applies for movable devices connecting cable with special requirement (such as cold resistant and oilproof of rated voltage up to and including 0.6/1kV. Thus it is widely used in metallurgy, electric power, shipbuilding and automobile industry etc.

Service Property

1. The rated voltage U0/U of the cable should be 0.6/1kV.
2. Maximum long-term operating temperature of cable conductor: for XLPE insulation should be 90℃, for PVC insulation should be 70℃.
3. Maximum operating temperature of cable conductor when short circuit (lasting no longer than 5 seconds), for XLPE insulationshould be no more than 250℃, for PVC insulation should be no more than 160℃. Ambient temperature when laying should not less than 0℃, preheated when lower than 0℃.
4. Allowed bending radius of single core non-armored cable should be not less than 20 times the outer diameter of the cable, of single core armored cable should be not less than 15 times of the outer diameter of the cable, of multi-core non-armored cable should be not less than 15 times of the outer diameter of the cable; of multi-core armored cable should be not less than 12 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
5. Finished cable should withstand 3500V power frequency voltage test for 5 minutes without puncture.
6. Conductor d.c. resistance at 20℃ conform to the stipulations of GB/T3956.
7. The cable has a low and even positive (inverse) sequence and zero sequence work impedance, which is beneficial to improve the quality of power supply.
8. Compared with the fourth core of ordinary four cores power cable, concentric layer conductor has a much lower reactance value when operating in zero sequence, which contribute to the fast action of automatic short circuit peotection so as to ensure the safe operation of cables and related equipment.
9. Finished cable has strong property of anti electro-magnetic interference and lightning strike.
10. Cable buming characteristics: flame retardant cable should withstand buched cable burning test stipulated in GB/T 18380. 33 (IEC60332-3). Fire resistant cable should withstand the fire resistant test stipulated in GB/T19666-2019.
