This product applies for power transmission in A C. or D C. electical circuit of rated voltage up to and including A.C. 35kV.
Especially for important occasions which need higher fame retardant requirement, such as subway, tunnel, power siaton, petrochemical high-rise building etc.

Characteristic
The main technology of this product is to fill a layer of non-toxic, smokeless, non melting, non-combustible and non-halogen refractory sealant between the insulating wire core and the outer sheath, which can obviously improve the flame retardant perfomance of the cable. When the cable in the flame burning, refractory plastic material thermal decomposition, release water of crystallization and the absorption of heat, and in the form A coating on the surface of insulation, cut off fom the oxygen combustion effect, make the inner insulahon organic are protected, eventually make the cable to achieve the purpose of self-extinguishing, thus greatly improving the cable of the flame retardant grade, class A fire retardant.
Service Property
1. The rated voltage U0/U of the cable is divided into 0.6/1 kV, 1.8/3kV, 3.6/6kV, 6/6kV, 6/10kV, 8.7/10kV, 8.7/15kV, 12/20kV, 18/20kV, 18/30kV, 21/35kV and 26/35kV.
2. Maximum long-term allowed operating temperature of cable conductor: PVC insulation: 70℃; XLPE insulation:90℃
3. When short circuit (lasting no longer than 5 seconds), maximum operating temperature of cable conductor should be 250℃.
4. Ambient temperature when cable laying should be not less than 0℃.
5. Allowed bending radius of single core non-armored cable should be not less than 20 times outer diameter of the cable, of single core anmored cable should be not less than 15 times outer diameter of he cable; of multi-core non-armored cable should be not less than 15 times outer diameter of the cable, of multi-core armored cable should be not less than 12 times outer diameter of the cable.

1. Conductor D.C.resistance at 20℃ complies with stipulations of GB/T3956.
2. Power frequency voltage test: withstand 2.5U0 +2kV for 5 minutes without puncture for cables of rated voltage up to and including 1 .8kV; withstand 3.5U0 for 5 minutes without puncture for cables of rated voltage up to and including 3.6kV.
3. Partial discharge test: discharge should not be detected at 1.73U0 for cables of rated voltage U0 is 3.6kV and above. Discharge should not be detected when cable sensitivity is equal or superior to 10pC for cables of rated voltage U0 is 3.6kV and above.

1. Identification of cable's types, models and specifications, their identify methods is similar to flame retardant cables, just added the letter “G” before the letter“ZR” as "GZR".
2. Compared with the same specification of non-oxygen layer cable, cable weight generally increases by 5-10%%, and cable outer diameter generally increases by 2~5mm.
3. Delivery length according to contractual requirements, the length measurement error is ± 0.5%.
