LOW TEMPERATURE SERIES

Application:
The automatic-control-temperature heating cable is that of a special one adjusting automatically the power accordance with thetemperature change.t has two functions: automatic heating and automatic control temperature. The key part of the automatic confrotemperature heating cable, the automatic-control-temperature conductive core, is imported product, whose stability of temperafurecontrol and time length ofusing is better than the same kid of product at home.

Application:

2. Temperature scope: maximum maintaining temperature should be 65℃;, maximum surface temperature should be 70’cmaximum admissible operating temperature should be 105℃.
3.Construction temperature: minimum temperature should be -40 ℃
4. The stability of heating: on and off for 1000 times during 22 days in succession, over 90% of the heat can bemaintaines.
5. Bending radius: 12.7mm for 20℃ room temperature, 35.0mm for -30’℃ low temperature.

Application:
ZKWD series of automatic-control electricity-heating cables specifcally used for process lead-out needing blowing intermitentlywith high temperature, process pipeline or container tank’s preeze-proof, thermastat and part heating, its maximum maintainingtemperature is 105℃, and it is available in the ordinary area, dangerous area and corrosive area
