Application
EPR insulated power cables are widely used in power plants, power stations, ports, petrochemical and other occasions.
It has the characteristics of flexible, high mechanical strength, abrasion resistant and stable electrical performance in humid environment etc.
Executive Standard
GB/T 12706 equivalently adopt lEC 60502 standard, and flame retardant tests are executed GB/T 18380.33-35 equivalently adopt IEC 60332-3 standard.
Service Property
1. The rated voltage U,u of the cable should be 0.6/1kV, 1.83kV, 3.6/6kV, 6/6kV, 6/10kV, 8.7/10kV, 8.7/15kV,12/20kV, 18/20kV, 18/30kV, 21/35kV, 26/35kV etc.
2. Maximum operating temperature of cable conductor should be 90℃. When short circuit (lasting no longer than 5 seconds) maximum operating temperature of cable conductor should be 250℃.
3.When laying, cable can withstand greater horizontal drops.
4. Allowed bending radius of single core non-armored cable should be not less than 20 times outer diameter of the cable: of single core anmored cable should be not less than 15 times outer diameter of the cable; of multi-core non-ammored cable should be not less than 15 fimes outer diameter of the cable; of multi-core armored cable should be not less than 12 times outer diameter ofthe cable.

1.Conductor D.C.resistance at 20℃complies with stipulations of GB/T3956.
2. Power frequency voltage test:. withstand 2.5U0 +2kV for 5 minutes without puncture for cables of rated voltage up to andincluding 1 .8kV; withstand 3.5U0 for 5 minutes without puncture for cables of rated voltage up to and including 3.6kV.
3. Partial discharge test: discharge should not be detected when cable sensitivity is equal or superior to 10pC for cables of rated voltage Uo is 3.6kV and above.
