Compensating electric wire and cable
Application
The compensating wire and cables are applicable for the electric connection between various thermocouples and temperature.
Indicating instruments with indexs of S,R, K, N, E, J and T to improve the thermo metric precision.
- The compensating wire and cables have PVC insulation and sheathing. People commonly use this type of wire & cable because it can resist moisture, corrosion, and flames.
- The heat-resistant fluoroplastic insulation and sheath has high temperature-resistant, acid resistant, oil- resistant, wear- resistant, aging -resistant, waterproof and flame-retardant performance.
- The silicon rubber insulated compensating conductor and compensating cable have oil-resistant, anti-corrosion, aging resistant, waterproof and flexible features.
- The compensating cable consists of twisted pair or shielded conductors, covered with protective layers. Its performance, specifications, types, grades, and sizes are generally the same.
- The thermocouple compensating cable for a safe thermometric system contains multiple-twin compensating conductors for an inherently safe thermometric system during assembly.
Service Property
1. Operating temperature scope:
- General common grade: -20~100℃
- Heat resistant common grade: -25~200℃
- General precision grade: -20~100℃
- Heat resistant precision grade: -25~200℃
2. Cable laying temperature should be not less than 0℃, recommended allowable bending radius:
- Or copper tape shielded compensating cable, should be not less than 16 times outer diameter of the cable;
- For other structure cable should be not less than 10 times outer diameter of the cable.
