Overview
Aviation special super Category 5 cable adopts fluorine material insulation and sheath, which makes the cable with high and low temperature resistance (-60℃-+180℃), aging resistance, resistance to governmental corrosion, flame retardant, three-proof, light weight, small outer diameter and excellent mechanical toughness, etc. The products are designed and developed with reference to the standards of GJB973A-2004, GJB 773A-2000, YDT 1019-200I, and the American Standard ANSI/TIA/EIA-644, which can provide high-reliability service in harsh environments, and are suitable for signal transmission of LVDS signals, Ethernet and other signal lines for aviation electronic devices. Mechanical and Physical Properties
Tensile strength: insulation not less than 13.8N/mm, sheath not less than 20.7N/mm’; elongation at break: insulation not less than 100%, sheath not less than 200%.
High and low temperature performance
High-temperature aging test: after (230+5)℃/96h, the insulation will not break through at high voltage and the sheath will not crack after winding.
High-temperature winding test: after (230±5)℃/4h, the sheath does not crack.
Low-temperature winding test: after (-65±5)℃/4h, the insulation of high-voltage does not break through, the sheath does not crack;
Cable combustion test:Under the condition of supplying fire for 30s and sustaining fire for not more than 30s, the combusted length does not exceed 76mm.
