O/WHY61.2-2019 Polyperfluoroethylene propylene insulated wires and cables for aerospace. Characteristics
Rated voltage:250V, 600V AC at work frequency.
Rated maximum working temperature:250℃ for silver-plated conductor.
Minimum working temperature: wire -65℃, cable -55℃.
Minimum bending radius: 5 times the outer diameter of the wire, 8 times the outer diameter of the cable: bare shielded products can not be in the salt spray environment for long-term work.

Main Performance

●Low temperature winding
Wire by (-65±2)℃, 4h low-temperature winding test, immersion voltage does not break through; cable by (-55±5)℃, 4h low-temperature winding test, immersion voltage does not break through
● Temperature shock
After (260±2)℃x30min, (-55±3)℃x30min for 1 cycle, a total of 4 cycles of temperature shock test, the insulation is not cracked, no flared open, the insulation maximum shrinkage ≤ 1.5mm.
●Shrinkage of insulation layer
Wire at a temperature of (290 + 2)℃ environment, stored for 6h, both ends of the insulation layer shrinkage ≤ 0.76mm.
●Wire sticking
The wire shall not stick after (260±2)℃ and 24h test.
●High temperature winding
Wire by (313±2)℃, 2h test, the insulation layer should not crack, winding diameter of the wire itself outside diameter.
●Burning
Wire and cable in the combustion test process shall not have burning droplets burning the napkin below the specimen. Test conditions for the fire time of 30s, delayed combustion time delayed combustion length ≤ 76mm. 530s.
