6181Y is a flexible low voltage (LV) cable with copper conductor and double insulation. It provides some protection against mechanical damage on surfaces. Standard BS6004
6181Y cable have a voltage rating of 300/500V. And are suitable for fixed installation in dry or damp areas in homes and light industrial settings. These cables are commonly as double insulated cables, “Meter Tails” cables, or “Smart Meter” cables. Install 6181Y cables in safe areas, using trays, clips on surfaces, or hanging freely to avoid mechanical damage
