Overview
XT2490 and XT2539 LVDS transmission cables are a new generation of products designed and developed on the basis of GJB973A-2004, GJB773A-2000 and ANSI/TIA/EIA-644.
The product adopts low loss fluorine material insulation and fluorine material sheath. The cable is characterized by high and low temperature resistance (-65℃~+200℃), aging resistance, high flame retardancy, corrosion resistance, low attenuation, anti-interference, etc.; at the same time, the cable has the advantages of small outer diameter, light weight, and softness, which is suitable for the transmission of signals such as LVDS signals of aerospace electronic devices, Ethernet and so on. The product can be applied to the signal link in the installation of small space and high-density connector use occasions.

Mechanical and Physical Properties
Cable aging
After the cable has been tested at (230+5)℃/96h, the insulation withstands the frequency voltage 1000V/lmin test without breakdown, and the sheath winding does not crack, and it is not required to be rewound for inspection.
High-temperature winding of cable
After the cable is wound at a high temperature of (230±5)℃/4h, the sheath will not crack.
Low temperature winding of cable
Cable by (-65 ± 5)℃ / 4h of low-temperature winding test, the sheath does not crack, insulation withstand voltage 1000V / lmin test does not breakdown
Cable burning
Cable combustion test,under the condition, supplying fire in 30s and Burning time does not exceed 30s, the combusted length does not exceed 176mm, and the burning droplets shall not burn the napkin under the specimen.
Sheath tensile strength
Cable sheath tensile strength in the tensile speed of (50 ± 5) mm / min conditions, should not be less than 20N / mm
Sheath elongation at break
Cable sheath elongation at break in the tensile speed of (50 ± 5) mm / min conditions, should not be less than 200%.
