Overview
THWFPF-110 1x4x24A type 1394b data bus cable is designed and developed with reference to the national military standard GJB 973A-2004 General Specification for Flexible and Semi-rigid RF Cables, GJB 773A-2000 Fluorine-containing Polymer Insulated Wires and Cables for Aerospace Use, and the technical indexes of similar products from abroad, and also with reference to the needs of aviation special use environment.
The product adopts low-loss fluorine material insulation and gas material sheath, which makes the cable have the characteristics of high and low temperature resistance, aging resistance, flame retardant, low attenuation, stable signal transmission, small outer diameter, light weight and softness. The cable is suitable for avionics system 1394b bus signal transmission connection.

Mechanical and physical properties
Aging test: After the cable is tested at (230±5)℃/96h, the insulation withstand voltage test will not break through, the sheath will not crack after winding, and it is not required to withdraw from the winding for inspection.
High-temperature winding test: cable by (230 + 5)℃ / 4h high-temperature winding test, the sheath does not crack.
Low-temperature winding test: cable by (-65 ± 5)℃ / 4h of low-temperature winding test, the sheath does not crack, insulation voltage test does not break through.
Combustion test:Under the condition of supplying fire for 30s and sustaining fire for not more than 30s,combusted length of not more than 76mm, and burning droplets shall not burn the napkin below the specimen in the test process.
Sheath tensile strength: cable sheath tensile strength in the tensile speed of (50 + 5) mm / min conditions, should not be less than 20.0Nmm2.
Sheath elongation at break: cable sheath elongation at break in the tensile speed of (50 ± 5) mm / min conditions, should not be less than 200%.
