The bus cable is insulated and sheathed with irradiated cross-linked material, featuring high and low temperature resistance, aging resistance, anti-illumination, corrosion resistance, flame retardant, small outer diameter, light weight and excellent mechanical toughness, etc. The product has reliable electrical performance, which is in line with the performance requirements of the U.S. military standard MIL-STD-1553B data bus. It can provide high reliability transmission in harsh environments, especially suitable for signal transmission cables in harsh environments in aviation, electronics and other fields.

The tensile strength of cable insulation and sheath should be not less than 34.5N/mm.
Insulation and sheath elongation at break:
The elongation at break of cable insulation should be not less than 75%.
The elongation at break of cable insulation shall be not less than 75%.
Cable sheath elongation at break should not be less than 50%.
Low-temperature bending.
Cable sheath should withstand (-65+5)℃, 4h test should not crack, immersion voltage 1.0kV/lmin test does not breakdown. Verification of the degree of cross-linking of cables.
Finished cable should be cross-linked degree verification, (300 +5)℃, 6h test should not crack, immersion voltage 1.0kV/lmin test does not breakdown
