XTCMC Large Cross Section Flexible Wire

Overview

XTCMC large cross-section flexible wire is a new product designed and developed by implementing the national military standard GJB773B-2015 and referring to the single specification of CMC-0547 and CMC-0553 of Rui Corporation. The product is insulated with improved soft gas material, which enhances the flexibility of the product while still retaining excellent mechanical properties, electrical properties and environmental adaptability. The products are resistant to high and low temperatures (-65℃~+200℃), various media corrosion, aging resistance, light weight, small outer diameter and excellent mechanical toughness, and are resistant to salt spray, mildew, humidity and heat, which can provide highly reliable service in harsh environments.
The products are applicable to the aviation field to meet the demand for aviation products to develop in the direction of high performance and softness.

Operating Characteristics

Temperature range:-65℃-+200℃(silver-plated and nickel-plated conductor):-65℃-+150℃(tin-plated conductor);
Rated Voltage:AC 6OV and below.
Minimum bending radius: 6 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
Solderability: Tin-plated and silver-plated conductors are solderable, nickel-plated conductors are not recommended to be soldered.
