Application

This product applies for power transmission of rated voltage up to and including 0.6/lkV, The product has the characteristics of hig!temperature resistant, oil resistant, acid and alkali resistant, corrosive gas resistant, waterproof and so on. Cable electrical properties arstable at high environment temperatures, has excellent aging resistant property, and long service life. Thus it is widely used in metallurgelectric power, petrochemical, electronics and automobile industry etc.

Characteristics:

1. The rated voltage U U of the cable should be 0.6/1kV.

2. Maximum operating temperature: should be no more than 200’c for F46 insulation; should be no more than 2609C for PFAinsulation.

3. Minimum ambient temperature of fuoroplastic and silicon rubber sheath: Should be -60℃ for fxed laying, -15℃ for non fixedlaying.

4. Cable laying temperature should be not less than 0℃ (not less than -25℃ for fuoroplastic and silicon sheath).

5. Allowed bending radius of single core cable should be not less than 10 times outer diameter of the cable, of multi-core cableshould be not less than 15 times outer diameter of the cable.

Main technical index:

1.Conductor D.C, resistance at 20℃ complies with stipulations of GB/T3956.
