TUV Photovoltaic Solar Wire Cable PV1-F 2 PfG 1169
PV1-F is a photovoltaic (PV) solar wire cable for Industrial Automation, Control Systems, Building Wiring, Transportation, and Renewable Energy.
PV1-F Photovoltaic cable commonly utilized in solar and wind energy installations because their environmental resilience. Standard 2 PfG 1169/08.2007 and with TUV approved.
PV1-F is for single core cables in photovoltaic systems with a max DC voltage of 1.8kV. Besides, it’s also suitable for use under Class II safety level. The temperature is 90 ℃, and you can use multiple wires in parallel.
PV1-F Properties
- Ambient temperature: -40℃~+90℃
- Maximum temperature at conductor: 120 ℃
- The cables’ maximum operating environment temperature can reach 90 ℃.
- According to EN60216-1, the insulation and sheath temperature index is 120 ℃, life expectancy is 25 years.
- When there is a short circuit (the most extended duration of 5 seconds), the maximum operating temperature is 200 ℃.
- Cables’ rated voltage: AC: U0/U 0.6/1kV & DC: 1.0kV Test voltage: AC: 6.5kV/5min, not breakdown & DC: 15kV/5min, not breakdown
- When laying, the allowed bending radius should be not less than four times the cable diameter.
- Cables’ halogen-free flame retardant performance complies with the 2PfG1169/08.2007.
- Cables have excellent extreme weather, UV, and ozone erosion resistance and bear a broader range of temperature changes.
- The cables have excellent resistance to penetration, and their performance complies with the provisions of 2PfG1169/08.2007.
