Application

BTLWRZ,BTLWERZ type copper core mineral insulatedfexible freproof cable for wing rated voltage up to and including 0.6/1kV is a new product which is developed and desigmed independently by Amhui Huayu Cable Group Co.ltd during about two yearsCompared with the ordimary fire-retardant and fre-retardant cables, it has beter environmental performance, higher fame retardant andfire-retardant grade. Fimished cable should pass fire resistant test, exposure to fire temperature of 950-1000’c for 3 hours, At the sametime, At the same time, the circuit should keep integrity after in sequence test ofthe fie resistance alone, resistance to fire with waterand resistance to fire with mechanical shock specifed in chapter 11 ofBS 6387:1994 and B$8491:2008 and pass grade A flame retardant property test.
The eables are widely used in following oeeasions:
1. Power supply of general lighting, emergeney lighting, fire alarm circuit for important urban buildings and key areas, such as highrise building, TV tower, airport terminal, subway, light rail, tunnel, etc.
2. Power supply of equipments and lighting system in densely populated buildings, such as shopping mall, hotel, hospital.conference center, sports center, theater, library, mseun, data processing center, etc.3. Power supply of equipments and lighting system for parking lots of vehicles, culhural relics and explosive occasions, such asparking lot, underground garage, civil defense, seenic spots and historical sites, petrochemieal industry, petroleum platform, iron andsteel metalhurgy, power station, nuclear power station, oil depot, ammunition depot, industry and mining, etc.

Main technical features

This produet contains only a small aount of organic material which has properties of high fame refardant (grade A), low smokehalogen free and fire resistant, on the basis of inheriting the high fireproof property of BTT2 series mineral insulated cable, removethe constraint of metal sheath, at the same time, the special stmctural design has greatly iproved the cable’s withstand voltage gradeinsulation resistance and bending performance. Operation is very energy saving which can produce continuous multi-core cable witllarge cross section and long length. The imstallation also revert to taditional cable installation technology, which make the constrctionand maitenance simple and comprehensive cost greatly reduced. On the basis of imheriting the high fire resistauce charactenishcs oBT’TZ senies mineral imsulated cables, the metal jacket is umbound and the electical defeets of metal imsulated cables such as capacitiveleakage are overeoine.

Operating characteristics

1. Rated voltage
Cable rated voltage U U(U.) should be 0.6/1(1.2)kV.
2. Applicable standard

3. Rated operating temperate of conductor
Maxium rated operating temperature of cable conduetor should be 90’c, and withstand long-temm operating temperature of 12s ‘When short cieuit (the longest duation of no more than 5 seconds), maximum temperature of cable conductor should be no morethan 250tmore than 250℃
4. Ambient temperate when laying
The ambient temperature should be not less than 0’℃ when cable laying, otherwise preheating prior.
5. Withstand voltage test offinished cable
Withstand voltage test of finished cable rated voltage up to and including 0,6/lkv should comply with GB/T 12706.1-2008, andwithstand a.e, 3 5kV power frequeney voltage test for $min without breakdown.

9. Product accessories
Branch box, ‘T terminal, penetrated clip, brass nose, It is recommended to use special terminal for the fire line. If the cable lengthcamot reach the line length, it can also be connected with the intermediate conmector to enswre that the cable end or coumection is alsofireproof
10. Installation and laying
1) lnstallation condition: it is recommended to adopt grille cable tray which can adapt to almost any laying method:
2) Installation technology: Generally, no special connectors are required. Refer to the installation technology of ordinarycables, the branch connections should be provided by the manufacturer, lf fixed cable end and grounding metal sheath arerequired, special cable terminals can be used, and our company can also provide.
3) Precautions: when the cable is exposed, adopt cable supports, hooks or metal lifing ropes etc. along the fill length
Maximun span ofcable tray should meet the following requirements:
A. Meet the bearing capacity of the supporting parts and should not damage cable outer sheath and cable core.
B. Enable cables to be properly confgured with each other;
C. Adapt to the layout requirements under working conditions:
D. Ordinary supports (arm supports) for directly supporting cables, the allowable span of the hanger should conform to the specifiedvalues in table 1.
